1. About this store

Coding Cush Shop (shop.codingcush.com) is the official digital store of Coding Cush. We sell digital products only — video courses, source code, eBooks and templates. By browsing this store or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and delivery

Every product is delivered digitally. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links appear on the order success page and are also emailed to you. There is no physical shipping. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct — it is your delivery address. Download links are personal to you; you can re-download your purchases from the links in your email at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (such as PayPal and Razorpay). We never see or store your full card or bank details. An order is confirmed only after the payment partner confirms the payment to us.

4. Licence — what you can and cannot do

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

• Study the material and use the code in your own projects — including college projects and client work you are paid for
• Modify and customise the code for your own use
• Keep backup copies for yourself

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or give away the original files, in whole or in part
• Share your download links or upload the files to file-sharing, torrent or "free download" sites
• Claim the original work as your own product

Breaking the licence can lead to your download access being removed without a refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Support

Every product includes a 7-day support promise from the date of purchase. If a file is broken or something in the product does not work as described, contact us at codingcush@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 78580 04001 and we will fix it or refund you as per the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this store — including attempting to access other customers' downloads, interfering with the website's operation, or placing orders with stolen payment methods. We may cancel orders and block access where misuse or fraud is detected.

8. Limitation of liability

Our products are teaching materials provided "as is" for learning purposes. We work hard to keep the content accurate and the code working, but we cannot guarantee that a product will fit every purpose or environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be handled through good-faith discussion with our support team.
